The Channels page is where you select which Telegram channels and groups to scrape. After logging in, your Telegram dialogs are automatically loaded. Scraping begins as soon as you enable scraping on a channel. There is no need to navigate to the Activity page first.

Viewing Your Channels

The page displays a table of all your Telegram chats with the following columns:
ColumnDescription
NameThe display name of the channel, group, or user
UsernameThe @username if available
TypeOne of: channel, group, user, bot, self
IDThe unique Telegram ID for this chat
TrackingDropdown that controls what is being scraped from this chat. The toggles inside depend on the chat type (see below).
Chat list limitThe Channels page lists up to your 5,000 most recently active chats. If you’re in more chats than that, an amber banner appears at the top of the page noting that older chats were not listed. To bring an older chat into range, open it in Telegram (sending or reading a message refreshes its activity timestamp) and then click Refresh.

Selecting What to Scrape

Click the Tracking dropdown on any row to open its menu. The toggles inside the dropdown depend on the chat type:
  • Group: full control. Tracking is split across four sender categories under Admins β†’ Humans / Bots and Users β†’ Humans / Bots, plus standalone Pinned and Self toggles.
  • Channel: broadcast channels only accept posts from admins, so we expose only Admins (forward all addresses found in the channel) and Pinned (newly pinned messages).
  • User chat or Bot chat: only Track (forward all addresses found in this DM).
  • Saved Messages: only Track (forward addresses found in your own messages).
What each group toggle means:
  • Admins β†’ Humans - Posts from human admins.
  • Admins β†’ Bots - Posts from bot admins. Toggle independently from human admins, e.g., enable Admins β†’ Humans only to skip admin bots.
  • Users β†’ Humans - Messages from regular (non-admin) human members.
  • Users β†’ Bots - Messages from regular (non-admin) bot members.
  • Pinned - Newly pinned messages.
  • Self - Your own outgoing messages in this chat.
A chat is considered β€œscraped” when at least one toggle is enabled. The dropdown summarizes the row’s state at a glance: None when nothing is on, All when every applicable toggle is on, otherwise the list of enabled toggles (rolled up to Admins / Users when both sub-options under a section are on, otherwise spelled out, e.g. Admin Humans).
For most crypto alpha channels, toggle Admins. For groups where you only care about admin calls, enable Admins β†’ Humans only.
